As an infantry soldier, Mohan served this nation while he learned the art and science of discipline, teamwork and leadership. Mohan is currently chief innovation officer at Regence, the health solutions company. Mohan guides the Innovation Force (IF) as it inspires ideas from a variety of sources, selecting execution-focused concepts and starting them on the path to new businesses or concepts.
