Professor Johnson has been at George Fox since 1988. He moved to the School of Business after serving as chair of the university’s communication arts department for 12 years. Professor Johnson serves as director of the Doctor of Business Administration program and as director of the university’s interdisciplinary undergraduate leadership minor. He is past recipient of a George Fox Undergraduate Teacher of the Year award. Professor Johnson enjoys running, fly-fishing, basketball and reading. He and his wife Mary, who teaches in the University’s Master of Arts in Teaching program, have two grown sons.
